"Aeolian is more than a venue, it's a community and it's crucial to support the people that make a community of performers, teachers, students, artists, volunteers and writers thrive" Gryner says. "You just have to go to one show there to feel the heart in the building. There isn't another place like it in London, it's a treasure and we have to protect it."
-Emm Gryner, From "Muscial artists unite to support repairs to roof of local 'treasure'"-James Reaney- The London Free Press June 8 2010

“The Aeolian is a wonderful space to bring art, social action and community building all in one... We are a non-profit grass roots organization. Finding a space that is affordable, beautiful and whose owners and staff share the same values, is sometimes difficult. The Aeolian is one of our favourite spots.”
-Louise Pitre, Executive Director, Sexual Assault Centre London
"Over 55 (London) Inc has rented the Aeolian twice for fund raisers over the past two years and you could not find a better venue or organization to deal with. Their strength is their volunteer base along with Catherine and Clark, the driving force behind this new non-profit. They are a very professional organization and it is also fun dealing with them. The support they provide is immense, and during my last fundraiser I was stuck at the last moment (and I mean right at the end of announcing names) for a person to handle the money for our silent auction. One of their volunteers jumped in and saved the day, this is the kind of organization you are dealing with when you contact The Aeolian, as well as the best acoustical hall in London."
- Ron McNish , Over 55
"I've performed with Inventions all over the world and I think that the piano, acoustics and hospitality at Aeolian Hall are among the finest of anyplace we've played. AND it was a hip, appreciative audience--ready for anything we gave 'em!"
-Bill Mays, Inventions Trio (August 2010)

"Thank you so much for all of the effort spent to bring Mr. Corea to London. The evening was outstanding... its been some time since I've heard a Jazz piano performance at that level. Christoph has kept us informed along the way, and he too was extremely happy to be involved."
-Peter Kryshtalovich, Dean of Studies, OIART
"We all had a wonderful experience in your space , I am really looking forward to coming back , contact me directly when you want to discuss a return visit. Best wishes, thank you for the tour and the CD."

"Aeolian Hall is one of the gems of the Old East Village. It is a magnet for music lovers, not just from London but also from the surrounding communities. Once people discover Aeolian Hall, they keep coming back and start to notice other shops and businesses in the area and begin to patronize them. When The London Potters Guild started to look for a home of their own, the Aeolian Hall was one of the draws to the Old East Village area. Aeolian Hall began the "arts" orientation of the area and its presence has drawn artists of all types to the Old East Village. For the London Potters Guild, having multiple artistic genres (music, theatre, fine arts and crafts) in such a small geographic area, that would allow intruiging possibilities for future cross-arts programming for both youth and adults, was another incentive for locating in the Old East Village. Aeolian Hall and its patrons are one of the lures that is also attracting unique and interesting restaurants and galleries to the area."
- Teresa Ainsworth, London Clay Art Centre
"Thanks so much for having us, it was a pleasure! Hopefully we’ll see you again soon. You guys have the best venue in the city!"
-Chris Chown (July 28, 2008)
"Dear Clark Bryan,
Thank you very much for allowing me to work at the Aeolian Hall during my co-op program. I had a very positive experience during the semester and learned some very interesting and important things about the music industry that is crucial in my further progress as a musician and as a student. The experience I’ve gained working with you at the hall is one of a kind and invaluable both now and in my future in the industry. Thank you once again,"
-Sam Clark (Co-op student, 2010)
