Tickets are available for purchase as follows:

To pick up your tickets in advance of the event, please visit our box office at:

Box Office hours:

10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday

Tickets can also be retrieved at “Will Call” when the doors open for the event which is usually one hour before show time. Be sure to check specific show times listed on this site.

Box Office Policies

 In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to present the following: • Your valid photo ID, driver’s license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature. • Your credit card with which you purchased the tickets, for secondary verification. The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from Aeolian Hall or if the photo ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets. Aeolian Hall does not mail tickets. All funds through online sales are taken in Canadian currency.

Return/Refund Policy

As is standard throughout the entertainment industry, there are NO REFUNDS issued for ticket purchases.  All ticket purchases are final sale.

Privacy Policy

Aeolian Hall does not sell or share any personal information collected for ticket sales, e-newsletter sign up or donations.

Shipping Policy

Aeolian Hall does not mail tickets. Tickets purchased online are to be printed by the purchasee at home. Tickets purchased over the phone are available for pickup from the Aeolian Box Office, Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM.
